Don't mix the nginx upstream repository and the Ubuntu nginx flavors.
First, run: sudo apt-get remove nginx nginx-full nginx-common
Then, edit your apt sources and remove the nginx upstream repository.
Then, run: sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install nginx-full.
This remains 'not a bug' however, just a case of bad mixing of repositories.
