[Backports] Can not install plasma-theme-oxygen 5.3.2

In Kubuntu Backports the source package oxygen - 4:5.3.2-0ubuntu3~ubuntu15.04~ppa1 builds:
plasma-theme-oxygen
kde-style-oxygen-qt5

Both packages try to install /usr/bin/oxygen-settings5

This leads to the following error (dutch):
E: /var/cache/apt/archives/plasma-theme-oxygen_4%3a5.3.2-0ubuntu3~ubuntu15.04~ppa1_amd64.deb: poging tot overschrijven van '/usr/bin/oxygen-settings5', wat ook in pakket kde-style-oxygen-qt5 4:5.3.2-0ubuntu3~ubuntu15.04~ppa1 zit

(attempt to overwrite)

This prevents installation of plasma-theme-oxygen_5.3.2-0ubuntu3~ubuntu15.04~ppa1_amd64.deb

This problem has been reported for Wily earlier as #1471382 plasma-theme-oxygen errors for dpkg

As far as I can tell it has been fixed for Wily, however for Backports (Vivid) it still exists.

For Wily it has been resolved by removing /usr/bin/oxygen-settings5 from package kde-style-oxygen-qt5.
