Insufficient Capabilities returned by Quobyte driver

The Quobyte Manila driver currently does not report DHSS (true/false), total_capacity_gb, free_capacity_gb and reserved_percentage in update_share_stats. These have to be added in order to fulfill minimum requirements.

    Corrects capabilities returned by Quobyte Manila driver

    The Quobyte driver returns insufficient capabilities in
    _update_share_stats. This change adds missing fields
    total_capacity_gb, free_capacity_gb and reserved_percentage.
