ltsp-config nbd-server doesn't respect --overwrite option

Bug Description

When running ltsp-config nbd-server, user doesn't get any information if the config files already exist (while e.g. ltsp-config lts.conf shows a message that --overwrite was not supplied).

Additionally, ltsp-config nbd-server --overwrite doesn't overwrite the /etc/nbd-server config files neither it prints any information.

I've wrote and attached a patch fixing both of the above.

/etc/nbd-server/config shouldn't need to be overwritten, which will cause issues with upgrades of nbd-server (as the configuration file will have changed).

The overwriting should be limited to /etc/nbd-server/conf.d/*
