Fix the replication controller unit test record

Bug Description

As part of [1] get_test_rc, create_test_rc the name of rc is mispelled as service. Since we have 'service' as seperate resource this is slightly confusing when going through the code.

    Fix replication controller unit test sample record

    The replication controller db record in the unit test
    is misspelled as 'service'. This can be confusing as
    we have 'service' as a seperate resource.
