skin combobox jumps back after selection

Bug Description

If you select a new skin from the combobox, the combobox shows the value of the old skin until the new one is loaded.
This is confusing. We should refresh the combobox just after selection.

under windows, mixxx is frozen until the new skin is loaded, so I can not see what this bug is referring to ;)
