Bug Description

Since we are building fuel packages by perestroika builder we have to be sure that changes to openstack fuel repos (specs, code, etc) will build successfully, otherwise we can faced with the issues when the code was merged but was not built and properly published to our MOS repos.

So, the code in repo can be different with what we have in MOS repos packages content.

Since our Building CI lives in internal network and PROD "Public access to Packaging CI" was moved to 8.0 release, we can as temporary solution publish building logs through ci-logs.fuel-infra.org
