Bug Description

In the INSTALL_VERTICA command (in trove/guestagent/datastore/experimental/vertica/system.py), the path for vertica.deb file is hardcoded to /vertica.deb. This makes is mandatory for somebody to embed that file in a fixed location with specific/fixed name.

Ideally this path should be configurable.
