Bug Description

I'm using Ubuntu 15.04 with fglrx-updates 2:15.200-0ubuntu4.2 and if I'm trying to switch from the desktop environment to the console the screen stays black until I'm switching back to the desktop.

After having problems with fglrx-update, I tried fglrx only to find it has the same issue.
