Bug Description

The blinking cue and play button where introduced to match dj cd player.
It turns out that this can be annoying for some user on the skin.

A three state indicator will help to replace blinking with a style or button change.
It can be also used on controllers featuring RGB LEDs.

It would be nice to indicate that the playhead is on a hotcue too.

Currently we use the shift / right click to delete a hot cue, this does not match the single button control of the CUE button in Mixxx mode. Is it also an issue?
