Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as admin user
2. Go to 'other' tab, that consists of more them one page
3. Click 'Next' and make some package public from that page
Actual result:
Packages in 'Public' tab are not updated
Expected result:
Modified package is seen in 'Public' tab
