gnome-control-center does not come with a .desktop file so cannot be pinned to dock without the manual creation of a .desktop file for it

Bug Description

As the gnome-control-center does not come with a .desktop file, this means that when trying to pin it to dock (as I use Docky, however this would be the same with any docking program) you find that you are unable to unless you manually create a .desktop file for it either in "/usr/share/applications" or "~/.local/share/applications". So it would be really useful if it could come with a .desktop file so that these manual changes don't have to be made. I am running Ubuntu Gnome 15.04, with Gnome Shell, and Gnome 3.16.

Just to make a clarification, it does allow you to pin it to the built-in GNOME docking area (AKA 'favourites') in the Activities Overview, however not to any third-party docking applications such as Docky.
