Bug Description

this patch https://review.openstack.org/#/c/213625/ introduced regression in this line - https://github.com/stackforge/fuel-ostf/blob/master/fuel_health/tests/ha/test_mysql_status.py#L70

It fails test instead of skipping in case of 1 controller node
