Bug Description

Using Ubuntu 15.04

fglrx-core:

While updating to the latest kernel [linux-headers-3.19.0-26-generic:amd64 (3.19.0-26.28), linux-headers-generic:amd64 (3.19.0.26.25), linux-headers-3.19.0-26:amd64 (3.19.0-26.28), linux-generic:amd64 (3.19.0.26.25], I encountered this error. After rebooting, I got the "Running in low graphics mode" message, and I had to reboot in the previous kernel.
