Documentation says tests must end with .test

Bug Description

On the page: https://jujucharms.com/docs/devel/authors-testing it says that the charms must match the pattern *.test. This is not true at this time and not idiomatic. Most charms use init style files like 00-setup instead. It should say the tests just need to be executable.
