Bug Description
Ansible uses "rdo" where as the image builder script uses "binary". Think we should move to using binary for consistency, but either way one default needs changing.

Change default install type to binary
Currently set to "rdo", however rdo is merely a symlink in the tree and
the default in build.py is "binary".
