Bug Description
Setup.py includes method 'get_var_as_bool', which returns boolean equivalent of received value. This method uses value.lower() to get boolean state, but I have following result:
When I want to make snapshot, I export variable MAKE_SNAPSHOT and assign to it value 'True' or 'true'.
In case of 'export MAK_SNAPSHOT=true' everything work correct, but when i specify 'True' it isn't work.
