Tag latest not found in repository docker.io/kollaglue/

When starting kolla by using command: sudo ./tools/kolla-compose start.

It will raise an exception like: "compose.progress_stream.StreamOutputError: Tag latest not found in repository docker.io/kollaglue/centos-rdo-rabbitmq".

We should let user know to change tag in yaml file according the tags in hub.docker.com

with the change to ansible and the removal of compose, I am marking this bug as fix committed since the problem has been resolved with this rework.
