Link to Horizon is not visible

The only way to proceed to Openstack Environment dashboard - Horizon is to click button "Proceed to Horizon" on dashbaord tab. Previously user could see the link to Horizon as it is.

We removed the link from the task message as a part of fix for bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1476739 and we moved generation of this link from task to UI. What's the point of having the same link twice in the UI, though with different representation?

@vitaly: there are users who want to open the link not using Fuel directly. These users need to know what the address is explicitly, if for some reason they cannot click the link (perhaps they have removed internet access from fuel-master after provisioning). Providing the address on hover is acceptable, the user just needs a way to get this information.

Ah - I see now, that the mouse-over shows the IP already. Can we ensure this is documented for people who cannot use the link directly? Then we can mark this bug as invalid, apologies for my confusion.

I don't think it needs extra documentation - it's basic PC and browser experience :) Even if the user is not aware of this, they can just click the button and see the address
