Bug Description

For Vhost multicast route agent used to install multicast route in inet4multicast table. With IRB multicast table support was removed from kernel as all multicast were handled via flood route in L2 table of VN/vrf. This flood route is not added for fabric VRF for handling vhost mcast. Issue is seen because of this as there is no route for vhost mcast packets.

Solution: Add mcast covering v4 and v6 routes in corresponding v4/v6 fabric route tables.

Add multicast route for handling mcast traffic to vhost.

Both v4 and v6 mcast covering route is installed in fabric VRF.
This takes care of mcast traffic over vhost interface.
