Bug Description
Russian spell-checking dictionary currently marks all words containing Ё/ё as misspelled. However, those words must be considered correctly spelled both with Е/е and with Ё/ё.
Russian alphabet contains a letter Ё/ё (pronounced as yoh). When writing, Russian language allows substituting this letter with Е/е (pronounced as yeh). But there are cases when the use of Ё/ё is obligatory, that is, when substituting Ё with Е changes the meaning completely.
Here is the current workaround: http://
There is Russian hunspell dictionary which tolerates Ё/ё in the PPA: ppa:andrew-
Maybe we should replace the current hunspell-ru package with the one provided with the PPA or is there a way to merge them?
