Bug Description
If you look at the Games department, you'll see "blamepopey" is listed first, with an aggregate rating of 5.0. But if you click on it, you'll see it has three reviews: one 5.0 and two 1.0s. Surely that doesn't add up to 5.0 average?
(As one of the 1.0 reviewers, please don't take this report as part of an anti-blamepopey campaign, I just noticed the oddity and worried there was a store-wide bug. :))

I'd thought the source must have been ratings- and-reviews, but checking the API there, it (currently) has the expected averaging rating of 3 ((Historgram is [2, 0, 0, 0, 2] - 1 + 1 + 5 + 5 ) / 4). So switching back to software- center- agent project as Dobey already had.
