Text handle in the wrong position when the text field moves

1.enable wi-fi connection
2.launch System Settings icon-->Cellular-->Wi-Fi
hotspot-->Change password/setup...
3.one poup up blue icon display

expected result:
the blue text handle should display under the input box of Hotspot name and very close to it.
actual result:
the handle displays almost at the bottom of the page.

It may save time to fix bug 1450222 at the same time as this bug.

We don't do anything fancy here; it's a TextField inside a Dialog which we immediately focus.

It looks like the handle is where it would have been, before the dialog was moved out of the way of the keyboard.

That doesn't necessarily mean it's a problem with dialogs. It might happen whenever a focused, non-empty text field is moved, whether it's in a dialog or not.
