[staging] Failed 7.0.build_staging_mirror jenkins job

Job 7.0.build_staging_mirror fails with error:

Unable to resolve packages dependencies
http://mirrors-local-msk.msk.mirantis.net/centos-7.0/6.6/os/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml: [Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found"
Trying other mirror.
Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: base. Please verify its path and try again

All files from upstream mirror was removed
http://mirror.centos.org/centos-6/6.6/

so, as a workaround, we switched to our local freeze mirror, ISO should be build without an issues, the only thing which is remain is to switch
MIRROR_CENTOS_KERNEL?=http://mirror.centos.org/centos-6/6.6/

6.6 (as well as 6.5) is outdated, and thus was removed. Can we consider switching to http://mirror.centos.org/centos-6/6/?

    Use local freezed centos 6.6 mirror for kernel stuff

    We need to switch to local centos 6.6 mirror for downloading
    kernel stuff, since upstream mirror [1] was changed with removing
    all 6.6 files
