Can't Switch Tabs in Landscape View

Bug Description

On the the 20150413 build for the Nexus 7 2013, I can swipe up (in Landscape), there is no way to get into tab mode. Is this a bug or do I need to do a system update?

Even though the bottom edge swipe functionality should be part of that image (it was implemented back in March), that’s a pretty old build that your device is running. Which channel are you using? Aren’t there any recent updates for it?

I had issues updating/upgrading when I reported this bug, but I was able to do today.
