Please add a .gz extension to attachments that are gzipped

We now have some attachments gzipped, but we have kept its original extension.

This is a bit confusing, as you expect a text file, but it is actually a gzipped file.

Please, add this extension so people can identify them properly.

This is the current list of attachments that are gzipped but they don't have a proper extension:

fwts_desktop_diagnosis_results.log
fwts_desktop_diagnosis_results_hwe.log

From the output of command "grep gzip *" in checkbox provider, there are 4 test cases are affected:
firmware.txt.in-id: firmware/fwts_desktop_diagnosis_results.log
firmware.txt.in-id: firmware/fwts_desktop_diagnosis_results_hwe.log
info.txt.in-id: installer_debug.gz
miscellanea.txt.in-id: miscellanea/fwts_results_hwe.log

The installer_debug.gz task is already with the .gz extension, we can skip it.

We also need to modify the certification-client providers accordingly.
