Bug Description
(Trisquel 7.0, Inkscape r14285) The dynamic offset tool in Inkscape offsets only approximately, not as exactly as possible.
The attached file has two curves, both in black. The inner one is the original path and the outer one is its dynamic offset; as is plain to see the actual width of the offset varies along the curve. In fact, at at least two places (red circles) there is a cusp node when there should not be one.

Reproduced on Xubuntu 15.04 with trunk revision 14302.
Not reproduced with 0.91.
