Need to remove region hardcoding as RegionOne during keystone setup

Bug Description

Currently RegionName is hardcoded to RegionOne in contrail_provisioning/openstack/ha/scripts/contrail-ha-keystone-setup.sh and
contrail_provisioning/openstack/scripts/contrail-keystone-setup.sh

Also find endpoint should also be based on Region names.

Though the user sets regoin_name in testbed.py, RegionName is hardcoded to RegionOne
while creating endpoints.
Fixing it to use the user provided region name.
