Bug Description
Currently we have two performance problems with formatting volumes.
1. We formatting volumes in ext4 FS. For big disks (1TB or more) this operation is very slow. Need to use xfs for fast formatting disk.
2. If we use a lot of disks then disks formatting working in one thread. Need to use threads for this operation.
