reproduce steps:
1.launch weather app
2.tap the drop down menu and select "Location"
3.add 8 cities
4.tap the back button at the top left corner to the weather page
5.rotate the device to landscape mode tap the drop down menu to select the city
6.observe the result
expect result:
the drop down menu can be completely display when rotate the device to landscape mode

Can you scroll up/down to view the rest of the items? Not everything will always fit on the screen, scrolling up and down should reveal the other items.

I suspect this is from the old weather-app as the 'reboot' uses the bottom edge to pick the location not drop down menus. Also the 'reboot' is locked to portrait and not landscape, therefore I am marking this bug as invalid, if there is an issue with the 'reboot' please report a new bug.
