Problem with upgrading to 15.04 - postgres and upgrade/limit

Bug Description

Postgres can only do an upgrade / limit via subquery and Mysql can only do it without subquery

so we need to have seperate sql commands for both

Postgres works slightly differently to mysql with the
update .. limit command
