fglrx-core 2:15.200-0ubuntu4.1: fglrx-core kernel module failed to build

I've upgraded my system from 14.10 to 15.04....smooth..
Once updated kernel from 3.19.0.24 to 3.19.0.26..I cannot login into my account..
Tried ctrl+Alt+F1...got blackscreen... googled n found out it may comes from the fglrx issues..
Then I manage to get into my account thru grub by choosing ubuntu with lower kernel...3.19.0.24...change the graphics to xorg...
reboot n back into normal system with 3.19.0.26...tried once more by selecting in gui mode fglrx-updates....reboot...cannot login...restart into grub load lower kernel ubuntu...open the catalyst and found that the driver package version is still 14.201.1006...
I tried everything...tried to update the driver...successfully remove the old driver...and now got this error of broken link...hope for help here..
