Bug Description
We no longer need a per-app-server ghetto. We have a ghetto (albeit just one process on one VM) on osfkarl10. We're currently sending download zip and arc2box requests there.
This means the production/staging Fabric scripts don't need a supervisor-managed process for "search".

It looks, based on the search logs, like the search instances aren't getting valid requests.
(There are a few probing requests on 10.)
I guess I just need to stop deploying search instances.
