Bug Description
The current image fedora-
Google has announced Release 1 and API V1, which should be stable.
We should update to this release to be current.
The update should include:
1. New Fedora Atomic image with the following version: Kubernetes 1.0.1, etcd 2.0.10, docker 1.7.1. Flannel version is not specified, so use 0.5.0.
2. Update templates, scripts
3. Update api to V1
4. Update tests
5. Update documents
