Problems during XStatic-Magic-Search package SCSS assets compression on controller

There are some errors when running /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/manage.py compress on controller nodes. Most likely this is caused by changing Magic-Search package to libjs-* version with an older version than is currently used in in Horizon (XStatic-Magic-Search==0.2.5.1). To be sure we have to use this version and check whether the error still persists.

Timur, Igor, please, add more detailed information about the bug, it is not clear how to reproduce the issue and how to verify the fix.

Status, changed to Incomplete because this issue has low priority and we are on Soft Code Freeze. If we want to fix the issue in MOS 7.0 we need to change priority to High and add more information in the bug description.

Timur, you need to run /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/manage.py collectstatic --clear --noinput && /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/manage.py compress on a controller node on Horizon. This bug states that while doing so, you'll encounter a recoverable error that mentions some files missing during processing Magic-Search package's assets.
