Neutron API-site: Req/res params tables of "Layer-3 networking" missing "router(s)" (xsd:dict)

This is a bug similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/openstack-api-site/+bug/1480312, which has been confirmed.

"Request parameters" and "Response parameters" tables of "Layer-3 networking" are missing "router(s)" (xsd:dict). Please see http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-networking-v2-ext.html#layer3 .

Note: "Layer-3 networking" section also has a description about floating ip related methods, but "Request parameters" and "Response parameters" of the methods have "floating ip(s)" validly. So, this report is only against router related methods.
