Telegram scope shows empty in rc-proposed

on the OPO and nexus 7 running rc-proposed the scope shows up blank, and on the today scope if telegram is on it prevents the today scope from gathering other data such as news and twitter trends, if I turn the telegram tick off it shows them perfectly fine.
