Bug Description

We are seeing incidences of this bug in Chrome:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=430910#c5

This is fixed upstream in Debian:
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?archive=no&bug=777142

This is also fixed in vivid apparently (e.g. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mate-panel/+bug/1425401)

Can we get this fix backported to Trusty?
