Bug Description

When the following command is configured in FI/NI device, it puts the user directly into privelege mode after login, without the need to execute 'enable' command.

aaa authentication login privilege-mode

When the above command is configured, ML2 plugin falis to configure the device. This also happens when enable password is configured using the following command.

enable super-user-password

    Support for enable password configuration

    When enable password is configured in device, ML2 plugin
    will not be able to configure the device via SSH or TELNET.

    Now this is supported by reading the response of each command
    and identifying the prompt.

Change Neutron bug to Invalid. Actually, it is a case where we are not being allowed to fix this in Liberty branch and told to remove our driver. Therefore, the fix is only available in Mitaka codebase in networking-brocade repository.
