Bug Description

The instagram scope can't login bug [1] is being fixed by cwayne. This requires an update to photos-scope.

I tested in photos-scope with cwayne's instagram scope, and I could log in, but no instagram results displayed. I created and fixed https://bugs.launchpad.net/photos-scope/+bug/1481066 to track this.

TEST
We need to test photos-scope release 1.43 (attached) with OTA5 installed and with the QA'd instagram scope against this test plan:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1UhxVoFJ5ISseyrN7AH7uQ3h7E88kOM9dX1ucVj-JWCs/edit#

RELEASE
Then we need to release photos-scope to store (or decided to wait until OTA6 or do a hotfix custom tarball for OTA). There will be no instagram results after login until both instagram and photos-scope are installed.

Neither Photos Scope ("Photos Aggregator"), nor the Instagram Scope can login to Instagram; clicking the "Add your instagram account" button has no effect at all, and the entry for Instagram in the account settings (Apps Scope-->System Settings-->Accounts-->Add account...) also has no effect.
