tesseract --list-langs prints to stderr

This is not mentioned in the usage message displayed with `tesseract -h`.

Note: The `--list-langs` option isn't documented in the manpage (see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tesseract/+bug/1481013 for details).

This seems fixed in 4.00.00alpha (might be an unprecise version number for all 4.x releases, but I don't have more information - why make things clear and useful...).
