Remove unused icons from categories/48

Bug Description

Many of the icons in categories/48 are unused, as far as I know. Also, a few of the icons, like "applications-boardgames" and "applications-interfacedesign", don't really fit in with the rest of the elementary icons.

These are currently necessary to make sure that Ubuntu Software Center doesn't crash on startup
