HP Device Manager - Supplies, shows wrong levels

Deskjet 990cxi
shows wrong Ink levels
Just changed both out (black and color)
but it shows low and very low.

Is there any way to calibrate?
HPlib 3.15.7

Using the jetdirect 175x in addition
