Bug Description
From both the UI and the REST api, creating a service instance with whitespace in the name results in the service instance spawning, but not getting a DHCP address. The instance also does not show up in the 'Monitor' -> 'Networking' -> 'Instances' list. Recreating the instance to replace white space with "_" results in the instance spawning and getting a DHCP address as expected.
This was found on 2.20 (Build 64).
