[cisco-aci-plugin] the test "check network connectivity from instance via floating IP" fails

Steps:

1. Create an env (1 conroller + 1 compute) with settings, provided below.
2. Run the "Check network connectivity from instance via floating IP" ostf test.

An instance has got a floating IP, but the instance can't get ICMP responses.

Floating IP is NOT supported in the plugin.

The documents have no information about that limitation. You SHOULD describe ALL limitations of the plugin in the Guide and the test-plan.

And how I can get access to the global network ?
Where can I find the documentation describing a APIC and the Fuel env to get access to the global network from an instance?
