"Custom" in "Apperances" tab has no function

Bug Description
The "Custom" selection in the "appearances" tab seems to have no function when checked. If it does have a function, it would be helpful to tell the user what just happened.

That tab appears when you mix different theme elements (ie controls, borders, icons). It just represents that you are using a customized theme. To change different aspects of your customized theme, click the customize button below. So essentially, nothing happens unless you customize the theme.
