Bug Description

Updating python3-defaults should trigger ipython's tests with the new cloud infra, but doesn't. This is presumably because britney's reverse dependencies parser doesn't recognize the python3:any dependency.

Rolled out this particular fix to britney, http://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed-migration/update_excuses.html#python3-defaults correctly has ipython now.
