Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. I would like you to run a few additional commands and reply with their output in order to determine what is causing the issue.

Run the following 3 commands in any order, then copy and paste the result of each:
1. dpkg -S /etc/java-7-openjdk/fontconfig.properties
2. dpkg -l 'openjdk*'
3. apt-cache policy openjdk-7-jre-headless

Did you ever manually edited or changed the /etc/java-7-openjdk/fontconfig.properties file?
