Bug Description
Basically, when no external sources are in the "Select ES" dropdown and the "add external source" button is clicked, a javascript error is raised.
Perhaps the add button should be disabled until an ES is chosen, or the ES tool should display an error message instead of an empty select box. Probably the latter.
