Bug Description

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Gutsy Gibbon Beta
Rhythmbox 0.11.2

1.) Open Rhythmbox
2.) Click "Radio" under "Library"
3.) Add a radio station (such as "http://www.wcsx.com/wcsxlive.asx")
4.) Can listen to radio station, and add as many as I want
5.) Close Rhythmbox
6.) Open Rhythmbox
7.) Click on "Radio" under "Library"
8.) All radio stations (including those that came with Rhythmbox) are gone

This happens everytime

Thanks for your report, however that's not reproducible in my gutsy installation, may you try to run rhythmbox from the command line like this: rhythmbox -d ; and attach the output of that command to the report? thanks in advance.

How do I log the contents of the terminal when the line count is over 100,000? The output from rhythmbox is MASSIVE.

funny thing: ran with -d to capture output and the problem did not occur.
radio stations seem to remain now when i close and reopen rhythmbox (also without debug switch)

will revisit this bug if the problem reoccurs.

problem just occurred again when i renamed a stream that i had added previously,
but alas when i ran it again with -d it worked correctly.

Hi,

i have the same problem.
It happens not every time I open rhythmbox but every 3. - 8. time I open rhythmbox.
It is very annoying to set um a new radio list once a week. I think the importance should be higher than low.

I have attached the bug output.

I believe this is fixed in version 0.11.4 running on gutsy. Could you please test if you can reproduce it on hardy?

Thanks

This issue only happens in one of my Ubuntu 10.04 and upgraded to 10.10 GA build (today on Oct 10). Does not happen on other 2 Ubuntu machines. Not sure why.
